Why the owner loves the property:
We love our home as it is perfectly located for schools, colleges, amenities as well as being a 15-20 minute walk from town centre. But yet we are only a 5 minute walk from the country and the beautiful Herefordshire views. Our neighbourhood is also very quiet and safe. With friendly neighbours, who once they join the neighbourhood stay for years and years. We have loved being able to spend summer days in the large garden which offers sun all day long and is quiet allowing for a relaxing sunny day. The house its self is great for entertaining and we have throughly enjoyed watching our children grow up here and gaining their independence as they grew from having the ability to walk to their education settings and clubs. As they’ve grown the spacious drive way has offered room for everyone to park. Not just us but everyone who’s ever visited our home has loved how our stairs go either way at the top of them! Our downstairs shower room has saved our home over the years from muddy little people (and ourselvesdogs) from getting it all muddy. We love the size of the utility as it offers the space to store muddy wellies or to iron in, actually we just love the space the whole of house offers but yet it’s always felt warm, cosy and homely.Actually there is nothing that the house offers we do not love, yet it still has so much more potential. Our life’s now call for a different location but we know that someone else is going to love living here just as much as we have.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
