Within a 5-minute drive of Yate town centre and just over a mile from Yate train station the land is well placed for commuters to Bristol (12 miles), Bath (18 miles) and Gloucester (30 miles), and equidistant between J18 and J19 of the M4 with both just over 7 miles away.
