Towards the rear of the lounge, an archway which provides passage to the kitchen. This room can also be accessed via a door in the hall. The units have a uniform finish with white doors and crisp black handles, and a generous amount of worktop space and storage making it a practical area too. What’s more, the apartment specification throughout the block includes integrated appliances, so you get your oven, hob, hood, fridge freezer and dishwasher as part of the standard package, as well as finishing touches like your oven backsplash and downlighters under the units. Again, storage in this room is effortless, as in addition to the wardrobe you could also have a tall dresser and still be left with lots of floor space. We have opted for a dressing table with a large sunshine mirror above. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom, lavishly finished with wave effect textured tiling in the shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 also has a neutral champagne colour palate and is furnished with some solid wood bedside tables and matching dressers. It is also a great size, and has fitted wardrobe storage, making this whole apartment an absolute gem for storage.

Lastly, there is a bathroom off the main hallway next to bedroom 2, ideal for guests and decorated tastefully to a high standard. The back shelf gives the opportunity to create a little display and house toiletries. The back wall is a blank canvas – our designer has added two arched mirrors, with one ideally placed above the sink. There’s also a full height towel warmer with a modern white finish.
