OWNERS' INSIGHT

"Living in St. Marychurch has been an amazing experience. We started out renting a different house on Hartop Road 5 years ago before buying 46 in 2021. The local precinct has become a favourite for our weekly shopping. Heading out of the front door and exploring the downs, coastal paths, and enjoying nearby spots like Maidencombe and Oddicombe Beach have been a joy. 46 Hartop Road is more than just a house; it's our cozy haven for work, relaxation, and time with loved ones. The neighbours are fantastic, always ready for a friendly chat, lending a hand, or even swapping tomato plants and homemade jam! As much as we love it here, a move closer to family is calling us. If we could, we'd pick up both the house and St. Marychurch and take them with us. We hope that whoever moves in finds the same warmth and comfort here that we have.”
