This plot, when sold from new in 2016 was one of the first to go under offer, due to it's position having the views, but also having no opposite neighbours, and having minimal passing traffic. From new, there were numerous upgrades selected including upgraded flooring options, and a landscaped rear garden.
The front door opens into a pleasant hallway with the stairs rising away from you with slender spindles and bannister rail in white. The kitchen is a light and pretty room with a comprehensive range of units down two sides, and the window to the front overlooks the open space opposite. The size of the room is good enough to allow for a breakfast table and chairs, ideal for a young family. To the rear of the hall, on the right is a cloakroom and to the left the under stairs cupboard is a great size. Here the door opens into a great living room. At over 15 feet in length, with wide windows and glazed doors open to the garden, this is a lovely, relaxing room more than able to handle the largest of suites with room to spare.
On the first floor, to the right the door opens into a good sized master bedroom with an en-suite. Here the same view as the kitchen enjoys is even further reaching, with the view of countryside stretching into the distance. The en-suite is equipped with a large shower and white suite. Two further bedrooms are well proportioned, with even the smallest easily able to accommodate a double bed if you need. Serving all, the bathroom is well presented, and there is a thermostatic shower above the bath.
To the front a path leads past the shrub border to the front door. To the right the dedicated tarmac driveway easily accommodates two cars, and behind it a gate leads into the garden. Here, a terrace area behind the house is a wonderful sun trap, and beyond it is a good expanse of lawn.
Bodicote is a village just a few miles outside Banbury. In recent years it has undergone significant expansion including the modern development in which this house sits. Catering for families in particular, the village has great schools, several nearby pubs, and various shops including a well regarded farm shop. The access to commuting is also absurdly easy, with fast trains to London from just a few miles away, and the M40 is less than a 10 minute drive.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 29, 2021
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on December 29, 2021
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on March 8, 2016 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
