“We bought the property in 2021 and refurbished it . We love it here so much we are buying another flat in the block. The beach was our major attraction, it is just outside the garden gate and down the steps. Everything is so beautiful about this part of Bournemouth and the lessees are friendly as are the porters and we have 2 parties a year to mingle if we wish.Another major buying point for us was the security. It is very tight in this block.”
