There is a driveway for 2 cars. It is a nice, quiet location. Although it's close to the school, the only busy times are drop off and pick up times, which we never notice due to work. Day time, evenings, and weekends are always quiet. We are just a walk away from lovely green areas, Belmont lake, the river and cycle track.
