Adjacent is the kitchen, adorned with plenty of cupboard space and a large bay window providing ample of light. Just off from the kitchen is a generous utility room with an external door. An open door way leads to a generous dining/ garden room, a bright room with sky lights and windows overlooking the garden.

Ascending the stairs to the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms and a house bathroom. The principal bedroom suite benefits from a sizeable en suite shower room. Bedrooms one and two have built-in storage space.

The property sits behind a walled front garden with a private driveway and carport to the left hand side providing parking for several cars. To the rear of the property there is a beautiful walled garden, divided into two sections with an archway leading to a second 'secret' garden with a delightful garden room, benefitting from electric. The garden has a central lawn extending to both sections, flanked by mature shrubbery, trees and thoughtfully planted borders. There are two further outbuildings, one of which has been renovated to create an office/ entertaining space with potential to be converted into an annexe, subject to the usual permissions.
