SELLERS INSIGHT

We moved into 2 Meadowgate just over 5 years ago. Our neighbours are all so lovely, there is a real sense of community spirit and everybody helps each other out. What attracted us to the house was the spacious living and kitchen space and how much light comes into the property. We was also attracted to the location, Meadowgate is a beautiful quiet street that makes you feel out of the way, yet you are a short walk from the village offering several fantastic places to eat and drink as well as two convince stores, a hairdresser and florist. There is a fantastic pre school and school in the village within walking distance and a park. For older kids there are many adventure walks to be done along the bridleways and woodlands.

We choose to move into the property as we thought it was the perfect home to start our family. Billericay station is a short drive away but there is also a regular bus service to the station from the village offering excellent links to the city. The previous owner did a great job in modernising the property and also extended the kitchen adding in sky windows which lets in the sunshine. The property is perfect for those looking to start a family and couples. In 2022 the upstairs was fully re carpeted and whole house re painted. We also removed trees and bushes at the back of the garden and laid a grass area perfect for the children to play on.

We are very sad to be leaving Meadowgate, we have made nothing but wonderful memories here. When we moved in it was just the two of us, 2 kids and 2 dogs later with another baby on the way it is now time to move on.
