The Location - Bishopston is an incredibly popular village in Gower, it offers easy access to all local beaches and amenities. Bishopston Primary and Bishopston Comprehensive are excellent schools. The village is welcoming place and has a strong sense of community. There is a Co-op store, Post Office, Hairdressers and two pubs in the village.

Swansea city centre is 5.8 miles from this location.
The M4 at Penllergaer is 8.2 miles.
Mumbles is 2.5 miles.

Pwlldu Lane is situated on the outskirts of the village and only a short walk from both Bishopston Comprehensive and Bishopston Primary and the Co-op is 600m from the property.

With a history of smugglers to secret visits by u-boats, and crashing waves to ancient woodland, Pwlldu Bay has it all. This sheletered bay lies on the south coast of Gower, designated an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1956. Due to its sheltered nature the bay is one of Gower's safest places to swim and offers excellent surf off the needles when the conditions are right. It is a great place to set off in a Kayak heading West to Hunts Bay and Oxwich or East to Caswell, Langland and Mumbles. The beach is sandy at low tide but is characterised by the bank of stones which make up most of the beach, said to be the balast stones from ships that used the natural harbour in days gone by. The Coastal path passes through the bay.
Behind the beach is Bishopston Valley, an ancient woodland crisscrossed with paths and walks and the river which runs its length.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
