Features and description

"Carson’s Road has been perfect place for us to raise a family. It is with gritted teeth that we leave, unfortunately due to job opportunities. Less than 5 minutes walk from the house is the cemetery which is beautiful all times of year. There is also the family friendly pub The Greenbank 5 minutes away. one of the things we love about the house is that it is a new build that feels very spacious. We love that the garden is south facing and the sunshine starts coming in through the kitchen windows in early spring. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen because of this. The community at The Chocolate Factory is great, we have a Whatsapp group and a bi-annual street party. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to raise our now 2 and half year old."

Carsons Road is set in the wonderful Chocolate Factory Development within this vibrant residential area of the city, placed between Greenbank Cemetery and the Bristol Bath Cycle Path. Greenbank is renowned for its distinctive character and community spirit, and boasts a host of local amenities, attractions and community events that draw many visitors from outside the area. The area is well connected to the city centre and beyond by bike, road and train. The M32 and the A431 to Bath are both easily accessible. The area is also home to a number of Bristol's finest independent shops and eateries, hugely popular with locals and visitors alike. Situated along St Marks Road are Bristol Sweet Mart, Thali Café, East Bristol Bakery, and The Garden of Easton. Also close by are No 12 Café, The Greenbank pub, Este Kitchen, Matter Wholefoods, and Public Market. This house is a short walk away from Whitehall Primary School that is consistently rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, while May Park is a similarly well-regarded local option. Also close by are Easton Leisure Centre, Easton Cowboys and Cowgirls Sports Club and the Bristol Hawks Gymnastics Club, a city-wide family activity attraction. The area offers a surprising wealth of green spaces including the Greenbank Cemetery, the parks at Eastville and St George, and riverside walks along the nearby Frome Valley, and just minutes from the house is the locally cherished Bristol to Bath Cycle Path, ideal for commuting quickly into the city centre or just for weekend strolls, long runs or bike rides.

Completed in 2021 in The Chocolate Factory development is this spacious and modern end of terrace house. Downstairs there is a living room to the front and a bright kitchen/diner to the rear which leads to the garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a downstairs WC and parking for two cars.
