An inner door leads to the Ground Floor accommodation which is open plan. This generous space includes a social and dining seating. A well equipped Kitchen incorporates an electric oven with hob above, free standing fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine. A Sky TV box is provided, for which the tenant only need provide their own viewing card and subscription to watch. An outer door provides access to the rear easterly facing garden.

Both Bedrooms include good storage options, whilst the principal twin has a door opening out to a Juliet balcony taking advantage of the stunning rural outlook. Directions - From the Quarterbridge roundabout travel in a southerly direction along New Castletown road for approximately 1.5 miles before taking the third exit at the roundabout onto Cooil Road. Continue for 3 miles before taking the first exit at the Braaid roundabout towards St Marks and travel for one mile where the entrance to Ballahowin can be found on the left hand side. Follow the signposts for the car park before travelling on foot to the Courtyard whereby a Plum Properties representative will meet you.
