I also really appreciate the fact I have separate office space, so I am able to separate work and relaxing and can shut the door after the working day.The upgraded bathroom is stunning. The flat benefits from so much worktop space and ample storage.Living on the racecourse is amazing, it’s the perfect blend of being more rural and surrounded by green space, while also being a short walk to town and having a station on your doorstep that goes direct to Reading & London.As the living space is so big, it also gives me the opportunity to have people stay and provide ample space for them. My sofa can turn into a large double bed and there is still space for another double and single.
