Directions From Our Office - Proceed from Williams Harlow Banstead office along the High Street in an easterly direction to the Woolpack roundabout at the end of the High Street taking the second exit into Park Road. Follow this road for approximately half and mile until you see The Mint pub on the righthand side. The access is via metal gates is immediately after the pub car park on the righthand side, same as the pub.
Summary - There was a Certificate of Lawfulness granted in 2021 on the balance that the owner had been a continuance residence for over 10 years. We understand that this right to occupy the land on a temporary home would be transferable to a new purchaser.
