The spaces are available 24 hours on all days. A security fob & permit is required for this parking space, instructions for collection will be provided in your confirmation email. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.
Parking space in a secure double-gated complex with electric gates, CCTV and security lighting.
A few details are required from you to draft the parking space rental contract; which you will be required to sign before occupying the space:
- Could you please confirm your full name (including any middle names) and provide a copy of your passport to verify this?
- Likewise could you please confirm your current address and provide a recent proof of address document to verify this (council tax bill, utility bill, Thames water bill, bank statement)?
The fob will be posted to you by Royal Mail within 2 working days of your booking.
A non-refundable fee of £25 will be payable for administrative charges associated with setting up the parking space rental (postal charges, contract drafting, etc); these will be outlined in the licence agreement.
Security will be taken for the booking in the amount of 2 month's rent. This is payable by bank transfer before the booking.
Termination notice required:- 2 months' clear notice.
