The layout, high ceilings, spacious rooms, direct access to the garden, windows in every room, and is located right in the middle of east and west Croydon stations, yet in a quiet street. It just ticked all the boxes.

We moved to our lovely flat three years ago amidst the global pandemic, and as first-time parents locked in our flat, we found our garden to be our only escape. The fact that it is completely private, beautifully built, and low-maintenance helped us de-stress and enjoy open space with our little one.

The convenience of everything has been our favourite part of living in this flat, whether it is Box Park, Whitgift shopping mall, or University Hospital. It is all in our footsteps. The town being so close helped me keep my daughter entertained by taking her to different activities, from Flip Out to 3 local parks. Not only did we enjoy our home but the surrounding area is full of culture and activities, all at walking distance and with great public transport

When everything opened up again after 2 years of lockdown, commuting to London for work was very easy. It took a 20-minute train to either Victoria or London Bridge.".

However, it's now time to upsize as our family is growing. I would definitely miss all the first memories we made in this home. In particular, the amazing food options in this area.

Also, Gatwick is 25 minutes away, which is another great plus for many of our holiday trips.".
