    Formed in 1983 when Brian Marshall left the Prudential to trade as an Independent Insurance Broker, with many of his existing clients following him. His brother, Stuart joined the following year (also ex-Prudential) as the business rapidly expanded. Initially working from home, the Company moved in 1984 to the offices in Greyhound Lane that they continue to occupy today. In 1985 the Company expanded into the Estate Agency market both Sales & Letting properties locally. Doug Ardley was engaged to manage the business (retired 2011) with the later assistance of family member Glenn Brown, who succeeded him as Manager. Following the rapid expansion of the Property Management portfolio, it was decided to exit the sales market, to specialize on rental management. We are proud to say that many clients remain with us from the early days and that business growth has largely been via recommendation only. We feel we still offer the same service and values that our clients have valued across the years. Upon the anticipated retirement of Brian (in mid 2016) Stuart & Glenn will manage the Companies jointly.
