"I love the space in the garden, which isn't overlooked at the rear, and which attracts plenty of wildlife. The garden gets a lot of sun: the sofa area is a particular sun trap. In the winter, it's great to light the fire and read a book in the lounge: the house is quiet and calming. I've enjoyed entertaining friends and family in the dining room, whilst cooking in the kitchen. The community is fantastic on Lodway Road, there's a What's App group for the street and I couldn't have better neighbours. I am very fortunate to be only a short walk to the swimming pool, Arnos Vale park in one direction and Redcatch in the other. The Knowle is a short walk away for drinks and food. I love going to the deli on Wells Road and Sandy Park, but there's a large supermarket a short walk away.
