The buildings are Grade 3 Listed (PE0144) with the Property having both external/internal historic features.

Part of the Property is currently in a dilapidated condition and the tenant will need to undertake some repair works to make the property wind/watertight, especially in the detached tin barn building.

The barns do not provide any WC facilities and have no electricity or mains services connected. Electricity would require a new underground connection from the road by the JEC
