OWNER INSIGHT

“This has been such a wonderful property for me, initially as a rental investment and more recently as a very comfortable and convenient home. When I purchased the house I realised that St Marychurch was an established and highly regarded residential location and had no hesitation in buying this property. I was initially attracted by the well-proportioned accommodation, the lovely sunny garden and I also liked the views across towards Torquay Gold Course from the front of the house, all features that I still enjoy today. St Marychurch is such a convenient location to live. There is a comprehensive range of shops and amenities found at the top of the hill in the ‘village’ precinct and a regular bus service passes the door. I have found the neighbours to be so lovely and I will really miss them when I move. I shall be sorry to sell my home, but now feel that the time is right for me to downsize, enabling any new owners to enjoy the benefits that this lovely property offers.”
