Why the owner loves the property:
We have lived here for 20 years, the location is fantastic with Swinley Forest just 2 minutes walk away. The Look Out and Coral Reef are only 5 minutes walk away. We are looking to move as we have out grown the house now, due to our children now being 20 and 10 years old. We love and will miss spending time in our garden during the long summer days and evenings. The garden basks in the sun from 10am until 7 or 8pm in the summer, then you can sit back and listen to the owls calling. Throughout the day you hear the birds singing from the forest which is quite relaxing. Often we will spend our lunch breaks away from our desks walking in the forest which really helps having a breather from the stresses of work. We have a double socket on the patio at the end of the garden, also a socket on the back of the house, which are used for water features etc. The patio was built in 2021 and also the decking at the back of the house at the same time, which has working LED lights and looks beautiful at night. Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac, we’re blessed with lovely neighbours, our 2 parking spaces are off the road and located next to the garden which gives easy accessibility. This amazing home is ready to be moved in to with little needed to make you feel at home. We installed a full central heating system in 2019 and has been regularly serviced. The combi system is in the loft and controlled by a NEST thermostat. We had an electric shower installed also. We hope whoever buys will be as happy as we have been.
