Greater London Properties Presents

A stunning two bed apartment with spectacular views of London’s skyline situated just off Carnaby Street. Set on the 9th floor with (two lifts)within this sought after private residential block, this dual aspect apartment is flooded with light and finished with clean modern lines throughout, perfectly positioned in the very heart of Soho. Stirling Court has a warm community spirit and a diverse mix of residents with the added benefit of a huge communal roof terrace offering 360 degree views across London.

The Property

Formerly two separate apartments, now connected into one large space with the impressive open plan living room with kitchen and dining area immediately upon entrance, complete with secondary glazed wrap around windows embracing the amazing views. Pockets of colour are featured in the fully fitted kitchen and this open space is great for entertaining and finished with solid wood floors, with the addition of separate WC. A hallway complete with book shelving leads to the two large double bedrooms both with large full length windows enhancing the skyline views and a fully tiled and well finished shower room.

The Location and Transport

Soho is a vibrant and bustling part of central London, well-known for its entertainment scene, diverse restaurants, and lively atmosphere. The area is packed with theatres, bars, and clubs, making it a hotspot for nightlife and socializing. Living in Soho means you're right in the middle of the action, with endless options for fun and entertainment just steps away from your door. The area also boasts a variety of international cuisines, trendy cafes, and unique shops. With its energetic vibe and central location, Soho is an exciting place to live, especially for those who love to be in the heart of the city and enjoy a fast-paced lifestyle.

The property is very well connected in terms of buses and tubes; the nearest Underground stations are Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines), Leicester Square (Northern and Piccadilly lines), Oxford Circus (Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines) and Tottenham Court Road (Elizabeth, Central and Northern lines).

'What the owner says'

We have lived here for over 20 years and yes, it’s wonderful and very convenient to have so many theatres, cinemas, galleries and restaurants within easy walking distance, but one of the most surprising things about living here is the peace and quiet in the flat, even with the windows open. You would never dream you were in the bustling centre of the city. Stirling Court is a very quiet building anyway and we rarely hear our neighbours. Apart from the great views another thing I love is seeing so much sky, watching the clouds moving and the changing light at dusk. Looking at spectacular sunsets from the roof (being upgraded, but soon reopened) is another treat.

The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
