4 bedroom houseboat for sale
Key information
Property description & features
Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Sundance, a unique conversion offering homely, family sized accommodation with low mooring costs.
Sundance surprises with the amount of space available given its relatively short length. Entering into the upper level you are immediately struck by the cosy yet airy feel. Entirely open plan, this level has been finished in pine to great effect. The well equipped kitchen area offers plenty of storage and work space, including a central island. There is a washing machine, free standing oven and a large fridge freezer. The lounge area has fitted beach style seating and strip plank flooring. The solid fuel stove sits centrally and is a real focal point as well as providing ample heat when needed. Plenty of windows offer good natural light in this very comfortable living area.
The lower level offers four cabins, all with built in beds, and with plenty of storage. There is a bathroom with bath and basin, and a separate toilet with another basin. There is a cloakroom, plus a small empty room next to the bathroom which could be utilised to increase the size of the bathroom. This lower level also has a wood theme finish, and offers character as well as space.
Sundance is steel framed and fully insulated. She was dry docked in 2013 and re plated where needed with 6mm steel plate, and also had anodes fitted. She was drydocked again in 2019, with any work needed being done, but the hull was found to be in superb condition. She has also had work done on the roof over this period.
Overall, Sundance offers well appointed and spacious accommodation, plenty of character, and low mooring costs, and is an ideal low cost family home. The houseboat is freehold and the residential mooring is leasehold.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 14, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 14, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
