It's peaceful and relaxing but very convenient central Hove location.

This apartment is so close to Hove beach and seafront and up the road is Church Road with its shops, bars, restaurants, large Tesco's supermarket and George street with more shops and restaurants. We also highly recommend Rockwater on Hove seafront which is walkable and has a fantastic retractable roof terrace perfect for those Summers evenings for a few drinks/dinner/lunch and taking in the seaview! Also walking distance is King Alfred leisure centre with its gym and swimming pool facilities. There are good transport links to Central Brighton, so the number 1, and 700 coastliner buses takes you to the the city centre. There are Brighton Green Social Bicycles to hire located around and on the seafront and Hove railway station is approximately 10 min walk with its links to London Victoria.

In the Avenue's you can park where you see the parking sign and there is an app you can download called Pay By Phone. If you park in the bays for 5 hours actually gives you 11 hours as it is free to park from 8 pm to 9am the next day.
