“This has been an amazing family home where our children have had the benefit of growing up alongside their grandparents.We moved here for its great location having access to local amenities such as country parks, coffee shop, doctors, pharmacy and the local Park Farm centre whilst also being in the Ecclesbourne catchment area, where our children, enjoyed an excellent education and friendship groups.We have loved hosting garden parties celebrating birthdays and special occasions with marquees and bouncy slides in garden which gets the sun all day. The children particularly loved playing volleyball in the Summer with friends.Other favourite times of year have been bonfire night and New Year. The firework displays across the horizon of Derby are spectacular, and we get to see them all!We have fantastic neighbours and are in a neighbours group chat where there are often offers of plants during the spring and summer months. We hope you love it here as much as we have. We will be sad to leave but the house is now too big for just the two of us.”
