From the entrance porch, the front door opens into the most welcoming and cozy sitting room with window seat and attractive fireplace with wood burning stove. A doorway leads through to the dining area which is part divided from the kitchen and provides an ideal space for entertaining. The kitchen with direct access to the garden, has a range of fitted units with integrated appliances and enjoys an outlook over the South west facing garden at the rear.
At first floor level are two double bedrooms and the family bathroom with a third bedroom, currently arranged as a studio on the second floor. The room previously had en-suite shower which was removed by the present owner but the wash hand basin still remains and could easily be converted back to a shower room.
Outside
To the front, a gate gives access to front door with a small garden behind a stone wall. The courtyard garden lies to the rear of the cottage and provides a secluded space for alfresco dining with an area of decking, mature flower beds and shrubs and a useful garden shed.

The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
