The Seller's View

This is a great family home and is always the entertainment venue for friends and family. The outside space was inspired by our time Down Under and we've tried to bring a bit of that lifestyle back with us. We've had to make some adaptations, the weather is not quite as warm (or dry) here, buts is a great all year round space. In the winter the outside fireplaces and heaters make it a great place be outside even on the most miserable day. But the garden comes to life in the summer and we pretty much live outside, BBQs and backyard cricket. Child and animal friendly, it’s a great space to spend time with family and friends. The house is in a great location, central to all the services and amenities. Walking distance to the shops and local pub, as well as cinema and restaurants on Broughton Park. Our neighbours (both sides) are lovely
