Mornings are particularly lovely as the light floods in through the bifold doors and the sun warms up the space, making lazy weekend breakfasts a treat. We’ve hosted many happy gatherings with family, friends and neighbours here.

The location is hard to beat for convenience and charm; Orford Road’s shops and restaurants are a short stroll away and you’re only ever 10 minutes from a pub! Heading out, we love a huge breakfast at Urban Bites, cocktails at Bargo, dinner at Eat17, and sinking a pint or two at The Lord Raglan with the football on.

Being so close to schools and entertainment is a blessing when juggling a busy work-family-home life. The transport links are great; we’re within walking distance from Walthamstow Central overground and tube and 20 minutes to the City.
