Location wise there are so many amenities you can stroll to literally within minutes. Some of my favourites are;

Walpole park, a beautiful park in all seasons. It has loads of space for dog walking and my toy poodle adored coming here. It has a real diversity to it with wild flowers, wooded areas, big open grassy spaces, water features and a small running stream, backdropped by the stunning Pitzhanger Manor.

Playing social netball in Lammas Park. I made great friends through this social netball and it was a lovely way to be part of the community.

Strolling to local cafes on a Sunday morning for a coffee or delicious breakfast, some of which have prices you would only expect outside of London!

And finally letting my taste buds experience the flavour bomb salt and pepper squid starter at Pho Saigon. Absolutely delicious!

In terms of the flat itself, it is an absolute gem and so easy to live in. There are sockets wherever you need them, the rooms are well proportioned and a great size. It’s always full of light, with light from three sides and a dual aspect kitchen. The morning sun pours into the garden, kitchen and master bedroom which is a particularly nice way to start the day.

I love the kitchen which has so much counter space and a deceptive amount of storage! The kitchen easily handles hosting Christmas dinner.

My absolute favourite thing is the built in wardrobes; these wardrobes can fit a serious amount of clothes. The extra touches like automatic lights, soft close drawers and doors, and pull out trays with dividers for jewellery or makeup make the wardrobes a dream. I loved living in this flat and I hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as I did.
