What the owner says

“I love period properties, and loved this Victorian row, all with well tended houses and gardens and neighbours who have become great friends! The house had so much potential when I bought it and its been a long hard slog renovating it. I've tried to be sympathetic to the build period, and add contemporary touches such as the family bathroom and plantation shutters. Restoring the original flooring and creating an open plan space through the ground floor creates a bright spacious living area and well equipped kitchen. I love to cook and so I tried to make the kitchen an integral part of the space rather than an annex. I will really miss lying on the sofa in front of the log burner after a walk in the park with the dogs, a glass of wine and some tunes!- and my neighbours, they really are happy, kind and caring people!”

Where it is

Situated in a great location due to its close proximity to the ever-popular Ashley Cross village boasting an array of fashionable bars, trendy bistros, boutique shops and amenities. The central point of the village is Parkstone Green where there is a focal fountain and the community gather to relax in the dappled sunlight under the trees, eating produce from the range of local cafes & eateries. Ashley Cross boasts a lovely community and the small local music festivals/ charity events are always popular and even bring visitors from outside the area. The beautiful Poole Park is not far away boasting 110 acres of parkland, large play parks, popular eateries, a saltwater lagoon, and beautiful lakes. The award winning beaches of Sandbanks and the town centres are both a short drive away.

Keeping in touch, being honest, not baffling you with jargon, thinking about your circumstances when organising viewings, a smile, some reassurance. But behind the scenes, we are quick to grasp any opportunities, ninjas in negotiation, and serious about the way we do business.
