The standard contract is a group contract for 11 months. For August we offer students individual rooms if you want to stay for the summer.
All bills are included (gas/electric/water and broadband - subject to fair use). The internet package included is the 500Mbps Fibre Broadband package. The house has full gas central heating with a thermostat control and double glazing throughout.
All our houses are given a Deep Clean before Tenancy Start.
Southsea is incredibly popular amongst students, mainly due to its brilliant atmosphere and close proximity to the city centre. Situated in a Popular Student Location - Walking distance to both Albert Rd (with all its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants) as well as the University.
