Our Agent Sam Says:
“This home has the best feeling! I love the character and features and the two multi fuel burners in the reception rooms make it so cosy. The kitchen diner is a fantastic space with room for a family table and plenty of cupboards and work surfaces. The french doors onto the garden are a great feature. The shower room has been beautifully modernised as-well as the en-suite. The master bedroom is a fantastic sized bedroom with room for wardrobes, further clothing storage and still loads of floor space! This home is an absolute must see, I can see why the current owners fell in love with it!”
Our Sellers Thoughts:
“Welcome to our home. We are reluctant to call it a house because it's so much more than that. It was love at first sight when saw it and it's been a labour of love to keep it looking good and working well. We're really close to the supermarkets but in a pinch the local shops are pretty much equidistant and just a 5 minute walk away. There are a few different public parks: Sunnydale Park and Normanton Park and two cricket clubs further down the road. To walk into town takes about 30minutes but there are buses available that stop further down the road. If you like a local high street, Littleover High street is just 15mins walk and has everything you might need from butchers, to coffee shops and florists. We love the area so much that we don't plan to move out of Littleover if it can be helped!”
The Area:
A popular suburb of Derby, Littleover has plenty of local amenities around, from a Co-op, to local shops, takeaways and easy access to the main road links. Gayton Primary School is in the vicinity, with the secondary school being Littleover Community School or Derby Moor Academy in Littleover. Alongside the secondary School, Derby Moor has gym facilities, grass and artificial football pitches and tennis courts. With easy access to the public transport links which frequently run into the City Centre and to Royal Derby Hospital, it is just a short drive from the Ring Road.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on August 19, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
