We have loved living in our home, it is perfect for our busy family and Boughton is a thriving and friendly area with everything you need close by. The rear extension has improved time spent together as a family and the further reception rooms mean everyone has their own space, when needed. It’s a perfect mix of quiet location but within walking distance of the city centre. We love being able to walk to Caldy Valley nature park and onto the canal. The house gets so much light, the back garden enjoys the sun in the morning till early evening when it hits the front rooms. There is a real sense of community spirit on Kingsley Road, we have fantastic neighbours, and the houses are steeped in history.
