Owner's perspective - "We previously ran our lovely cottage as a successful Holiday Let, with many returning guests. The first thing on arrival was the stunning views
and the peace and quiet. This would be a lovely cottage to live in as well sitting in the garden on a nice evening looking at the view. There is a nice pub in the village and a village shop which are both about 15mins walk or 5mins in the car. We also have a BP garage where there is a shop and post office just on the main road. There is a bus service that runs regularly through the village. Mayfield has some lovely walks around the village. The cottage is close to the Market town of Ashbourne by car is 10mins away. On our doorstep we have the lovely Peak District for days out and Tissington Trail, Carsington Water, Alton Towers and many more places to visit right on our doorstep."
