Fantastic 2-bedroom ground floor flat on Burnt Ash Hill that has been tastefully decorated by the current owners using Farrow & Ball colours & with a lounge featuring a stunning herringbone oiled oak floor.
Located 0.5 miles from Lee Station & local shops, the property is well connected. There is also the benefit of a garage en-bloc.
A contemporary bathroom, fitted in 2019 & features a rainfall shower, LVT flooring & a mirror unit with a built in Bluetooth speaker, light & demister.
We asked the current owners to tell us a little bit about their time in the property, here is what they said:
Our time here was only ever meant to be temporary, but we have loved the area so much that we have stayed for nearly 10 years!
One of the best things about living on Burnt Ash Hill is a short 12-minute walk to the station, trains to London bridge take only 13 minutes. With superb road links with quick access to the A2 & A20 out to the coast & the A12 for heading north.
A hail & ride bus service right outside the flat, to Hither Green station & Lewisham including the DLR, along with a wide range of shops & an amazing daily market.
There are two convenience stores & an off licence just a 6-minute walk away, all of which are super friendly & helpful. A large major supermarket & a great international food store are both just a 20-minute walk away. There is a health club a 15-minute walk away.
Both the Capital Ring & the Green Chain walks have sections nearby with access to Greenwich Park, via Blackheath, with its super Sunday farmers market at the station. In the other direction you have one of our favourite walks which is to Chislehurst.
There is a friendly & welcoming pub, a mere hop skip & and jump across the road, perfect for a lazy Sunday roast (they are very good indeed) or to enjoy a nice glass of wine or beer to wind down after a day of remote home working.
We have really enjoyed living here and will miss it very much.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 29, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 29, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on March 27, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
