Directions - From Bakewell town centre, head North along the A6 towards Buxton. Head out of the town along the A6 towards Ashford in the Water. Then take the next right hand turning onto A6020 sign posted for Ashford in the Water. Once on the road, continue straight, past Thornbridge Hall and then take the next left hand turning onto Longreave Lane. Go under the bridge and keep left onto Main Street. Follow the road into Great Longstone and past the Crispin Pub and around the left hand bend onto Butts Road and the property will be on the right hand side.

Outside - There is spacious garden to the front of the property with a raised patio area. The garden is principally laid to lawn with planted borders, dry stone walled boundaries and a path leading from the parking to the entrance door. The property has a parking area for one large vehicle to the front with a pedestrian gate leading to the path.
