Key information
Property description & features
- Tenure: Freehold
The front door opens into the main hallway, which is laid to laminate flooring. From the hallway, stairs rise to the first floor. There is an under stairs cupboard containing the Veissman boiler with a Hive central heating control panel. The hallway continues through and opens out into an area from which there is a door to the side passageway and also a storage cupboard. Further doors lead into the Dining Room and the rear facing Bathroom, which is laid to antique floorboards and consists of a three-piece white suite of WC pedestal basin and a bath with white wooden panelling. There is also a single shower unit in the corner with glass walls to the sides as well as a metal towel radiator and rear facing window.
The Dining Room is laid to ceramic tiles and there is a step rising into the kitchen. The kitchen consists of white eye and base level units with spaces for white goods and a fitted cooker hood.
A double sink unit just under the rear facing window gives a nice view of the garden. From the Dining Room, there are double doors entering into the front facing Living Room, which is laid to antique wooden floorboards. This has a window facing the front and wooden cabinets either side of the Victorian style fireplace. The stairs rise to the first-floor landing from which doors lead to all three bedrooms. There is a cupboard on the landing above the stairs which provides good storage as well as a front facing window.
Bedroom One is a good double sized bedroom with a front facing window, and there are two built-in cupboards. Bedroom Two faces the rear and is also of a double size with built-in wardrobes and a vanity mirror. Bedroom Three is a single room rear facing room with a recess.
In the garden there is a patio area immediately beyond the kitchen door, bounded by a low-level wall behind which is a large lawned area leading to the far end of the garden where there is a double gate giving access to the public car park to the rear. This would allow a vehicle or caravan to be brought in and parked at the end of the garden. There is offroad parking at the rear of the property as well as a recreational park very nearby across the car park. Winslow train station is due to open in 2025 which will make this a good investment as it is within very easy walking distance from the station.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on September 9, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on September 9, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on June 13, 2015 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
Any supplementary data should not be relied upon as forming part of any property particulars and OnTheMarket cannot be held responsible for any incorrectness in this data. See here for more information.
