The Granary Barn is a charming, curtilage listed barn conversion with an abundance of character and period features, set within a picturesque location in Condicote.

The front door opens into an entrance hall with a useful storage cupboard. This provides access to the naturally light dining room with French doors set in an arched surrounding leading to the front garden. A door links the dining room to a spacious, dual aspect sitting room, complete with period features and a wood burner. The kitchen is fitted with a range of cabinets and built in appliances including an Aga. The kitchen provides access to the rear terrace, perfect for outside entertaining.

On the first floor the period features continue, with exposed beams throughout. The principal bedroom suite is dual aspect with views over the garden, complete with built in wardrobes and en suite shower room. There are a further two bedrooms and family bathroom.

The property benefits from a detached annexe comprising a Kitchenette/sitting room with bespoke cabinetry, downstairs WC and bedroom above. This offers a flexible space suitable as secondary accommodation, work from home space, studio or gym.

Outside the house sits in mature gardens and grounds of approximately 0.25 acres. The garden is bordered with a stone wall, mainly laid to lawn and landscaped with mature trees and planting. A separate terrace area located within the garden offers the perfect spot for enjoying the sunshine. There is parking to the front of the property for several cars.
