The land is a short walk from hamlet of Fenny Bridges and The Greyhound Inn public house. At Exeter there is access to the M5 motorway (junction 29) and Exeter International Airport. The South coast at Sidmouth is about 9 miles away and is easily reached by car.

The land faces south east with Devon bank along the northern boundary and tall hedge line boundaries to the other three with fantastic views down the Otter Valley.

Directions - From the Greyhound Inn in the centre of Fenny Bridges head west towards Exeter going out of the Hamlet. Oppoisite the three thatched cottage on the left, turn right next to the sign to Des Lake Motor Services. Continue along this lane, past Fenny Storage on your left. In about 300 meters the land begins on your left, with the access a further 400 meters on your left.
