Swinbrook is a picturesque Oxfordshire village situated 2 miles from Burford. The village itself has an excellent local pub, The Swan Inn, the 12th century church of St. Mary's and an attractive cricket ground, as well as a network of footpaths. Nearby Burford offers an excellent range of day-to-day shopping facilities including a butcher, cheese monger, post office, baker and co-op store, pharmacy and doctors surgery. In addition, there are good local schools, a fine parish church and numerous public houses, hotels and restaurants.
The A40 lies to the South of Burford providing good communications to Oxford and the M40 to the East and Cheltenham and the M5 to the west. Charlbury station is a short drive away, 8 miles to the north east of Swinbrook and provides a frequent service to London/Paddington (truncated)

From Burford leave the town via Witney Street, follow valley through Widford to the cross roads, turn left at the cricket pitch through village of Swinbrook and take the right hand road signposted Fordwells at far end of Swinbrook. As you enter Fordwells turn left and the property is on your left marked by a Penny & Sinclair To Let Board
