To the north of the Site is Spring Lane, and to the east of the Site is Barton Manor School. A railway line is located to south of the Site, whilst Pilgrims Road bounds the Site to the West. There are two existing access points to the site, one from Pilgrims Road to the west and one from Spring Lane to the north.
