Located on Cornwall's south coast, Tregoad Holiday Park can be found on the outskirts of Looe with views across open countryside and through the valley to the sea. Set in approximately 55 acres the park has the perfect blend of facilities that cater for people of all ages. There is a heated indoor pool, outdoor play area, family room with soft play, pool table and large screen TV, and the Stargazy bar and grill with outdoor terrace. For those who want to get out and about Millendreath, Looe and Polperro are all within easy reach and the park is on the bus route to Looe with its own stop on the park. It is also the perfect location for those wishing to visit such landmarks as The Eden Project, Tintagel, The Lost Gardens of Heligan. If you prefer shopping and the theatre both Plymouth and Truro are easily accessible and for walkers the south west coast path is only a short distance away.

This particular holiday home is a two bedroom Victory Super Torino 38' x 12' that occupies a superb pitch towards the end of Lansallos Walk where it adjoins open fields to the rear and has far reaching countryside views. The location within the park is such that it is only a short walk from all the amenities as well as reception and the bus stop. The holiday home itself was manufactured in 2017 and provides contemporary and spacious accommodation with an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. A door from the kitchen opens into the hall and this gives access to a large main bedroom with en suite wc, walk in wardrobe/dressing area and a jack and jill door to the main shower room. The rooms are completed by a generous twin bedroom and the shower room which has a shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. Outside the is a modern composite deck with glazed upright panels, this extends along the side and widens to the rear to support a sunken hot tub. Parking for two vehicles is provided next to the holiday home. Other features include lpg central heating to radiators and double glazed windows. The current owners let the property through the park therefore any bookings already taken will transfer to the new owner on completion. Proceed out of Looe towards Plymouth on the B3253.Follow this road for a couple of miles passing Looe Bay Holiday Park on your right. Continue along this road and as you go down into the dip you will see the entrance for Tregoad Holiday Park on your right. Proceed up the drive to the barrier, press the bell button and confirm you are meeting a representative from Seasons at 34 Lansallos Walk. Go through the barrier and turn immediately right and then take the first left, follow this road around with Stargazy on your left. On reaching the Owners Suite continue on the road keeping this on your left. You are now on Lansallos Walk, follow the road and bear round to the right continuing on Lansallos Walk and number 34 is one from the far end.
