At Madryn Castle we focus on quality, and creating a sense of space & privacy for our holiday home owners. This semi-bespoke Lodge has been customised to make the best of the large plot its sited on, for example, the lounge area was remodelled on the south-facing side of the Lodge with both front and side opening doors leading out onto the spacious uPVC decking area included with this lodge, embracing the sunshine that brightens this plot throughout the day.

The plot itself has recently undergone a huge refurbishment, specifically remodelled to best accommodate this Lodge and its natural features and positioning. At the rear of the plot a stylish wooden privacy fence delineates the plot, and a traditional stone wall has been enhanced and extended to run along the whole side-length, with mature Griselinia shrubbery planted along the top of the wall for additional screening, and complementing the natural aesthetics of Madryn Castle.

The rear garden has been landscaped with a square paved patio sunken into surrounding freshly turfed grass. At the front of the plot you will find two private tarmacked car spaces and the second decking with frosted glass balustrades, accessible only from the front sliding doors from the interior dining area. Two sets of matching steps to the side decking that give access to the Lodge, and full skirting complete the stylish exterior.

The bright & spacious feel continue into the interior, with stylish & contemporary decor throughout. Modern upgrades such as Velux skylight windows and Bluetooth ceiling speakers enhance the Lodge further, and the relaxing/entertaining space in the open plan-lounge & dining area is warm and inviting, with its large L-shaped sofa and coffee table. The kitchen has ample countertop space, extended by the breakfast bar island, and includes all necessary appliances such as an integrated dishwasher and washing machine, and full size fridge/freezer.

The Lodge has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the Master King room with bedside tables and storage cupboard benefits from an en-suite shower room, and the spare bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to make a double, plus further storage cupboards. The spacious family washroom also has a bathtub.

The Lodge has been built to residential specification and is thermally efficient and durable, coming with original warranties and snagging. It will enjoy a full 30-year site license here at Madryn Castle, and owners will enjoy our extended 11.5 month annual holiday season making the most of this luxurious holiday lodge anytime of year, with unrestricted access.

This luxury lodge is originally priced at 185,000, however for a limited time we are offering it at a reduced price of 175,750 and will include the first season's pitch fees, free dedicated WiFi router installation and one year's unlimited data subscription, saving over 15,000. Our family-owned Madryn Castle Holiday Park, part of a historic manor estate, sits at the heart of the stunning Llyn Peninsula, around half an hours drive from Snowdonia National Park. Set on a hillside overlooking the coast, this peaceful woodland escape is also between 10 - 20 minutes drive from sandy beaches and pretty North Wales towns like Nefyn & Abersoch.

Leisure facilities on site include an indoor games room, brand new play park and multi-sports court. Round and about the estate are woodland walks, ponds to splash around in and dog-exercise areas plenty to keep you entertained when you're taking a break from exploring the wonders of the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park.
