Planning - Full planning permission for conversion to a residential unit has not been obtained. However a Pre-Application enquiry was submitted to the North Norfolk District Council in June 2023 and a report follows in September 2023 ref: IS2/23/1247. This was a silver level service, the conclusion of which was that such a conversion would be acceptable in principle under Policy SS 2 of the adopted North Norfolk Core Strategy.

Please note that when the Church is sold, it will forfeit the access to the left (North) of the building and a new vehicular access would need to be constructed to the right (South) of the building.

The property is being offered for sale on behalf of the Methodist Church and will have to be marketed for a minimum period of 14 days before the acceptance of any offers.
