I have loved living in this very spacious and peaceful flat since the moment I moved in, particularly being able to eat out on the terrace, overlooking a mature garden when the weather is fine (it’s a real sun-trap!). Even though it’s very large, in the winter months it makes for a very cosy, refuge from the city - with a wood burning stove in the sitting room overlooking the garden and double glazing throughout.
With Crystal Palace on your door-step - it’s great to be able to shop locally including the excellent Saturday market, not to mention the areas great cafes and restaurants.

The flat is so handy for transport being less than 5minutes walk to Gipsy Hill station, where you can always grab a coffee whilst waiting for the train or easily get into Brixton on the bus just down the road. I’ll be very sad to say good-bye to this fantastic place

Alexandra Drive is a popular side road Located just moments from Gipsy Hill mainline station which offers excellent links into London and only minutes’ walk to the vibrant Crystal Palace triangle with its superb collection of boutiques, shops and bistro cafes.
