We have owned this apartment from new since 1994 and enjoyed the brilliant facilities offered by this very well managed marina development for many years. The apartment is bright and airy benefiting from plenty of sunlight. The first floor location gives wonderful unobstructed views along the marina and across Poole Harbour at all states of the tide, there is always something different to see and changing weather only adds to the interest. The garage in the adjacent block can accommodate your boating gear as well as a car or small boat, having a pitched roof with further storage potential. The inner marina berth is 13m in length and over 5m wide, a very generous width and perfectly situated to make berthing the boat as easy as possible. It is sheltered by the buildings from the prevailing winds, both a benefit when manoeuvring the boat and during the winter months. For most leisure boats there are few tidal restrictions when accessing the marina, no bridge, no lock, a (truncated)
