In this Easedale we are showcasing the following new technologies:
-
Photovoltaic Panels
Your property has a Solar PV system from Eco2Solar installed which will generate a proportion of your electricity from the Sun. eco2Solar offer customers a 12-month parts and labour warranty. There is also a back-to-back parts and labour warranty in line within the Taylor Wimpey warranty. Customers must redeem this warranty within 90 days of purchase (or within 90 days of the system commissioning date – whichever comes first) through the online register.
Waste Water Heat Recovery
This property is fitted with a Waste Water Heat Recovery System supplied by Recoup. This system transfers heat energy from your shower water by using it to preheat mains cold water and reduces the energy required to heat the shower resulting in lower CO2 emissions and a decrease in energy bills. There is no planned maintenance for the system as in normal circumstances the flow rate from the shower should prevent the build up of residue. However in the unlikely event of build up, it us recommended to use regular cleaning products or chemical de-clogging agents. The system comes with a 10 year manufacturers warranty.
Heat Pump Cylinder
Your home benefits from an Edel heat pump cylinder with a highly efficient heat pump which produces domestic hot water effectively and reduces dwelling emissions. The Edel can also be linked and controlled remotely by connecting to the Dimplex Hub for optimum performance, comfort and economy. An air source hot water heat pump from with the unit extracts heat from external air using the refrigeration cycle to efficiently heat the hot water in the attached cylinder. The tank is guaranteed against breakage for a period of five years, starting from the date the appliance was activated. The other parts are guaranteed for a two year period starting from the date the appliance was activated.
Electric Panel Heating
The radiators in your home are supplied from Ecostrad which are a thermal-fluid filled radiator designed to be fitted with theEcostrad iQ WiFi Heating Element. This heating element, when inserted into the Ecostrad Adesso, will heat to set programs and control the room temperature to ensure you are always warm when you want to be. To do this, the heating element heats the thermal fluid in the radiator. This heated liquid rises through the unit, forcing colder liquid towards the element and setting off a convection cycle. This process of rising and falling liquid spreads heat throughout the radiator. The Ecostrad iQ WiFi Heating Element carries a 2-year guarantee, a 5 year guarantee on the steel body and 3 year guarantee on paintwork.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
