If you are downsizing but don't want to compromise on space or are a growing family, this home should be on your viewing list.

One of the benefits of this home that struck me most on my first visit was the larger-than-average plot. Even with the addition of the double garage, which is built to housing standards, the garden space isn't compromised. The garage/workshop is the perfect space if you like tinkering with cars at the weekend, simply require more storage or are looking for a potential annexe for a relative.

The other thing that struck me about this home was the flexibility of the floor space on offer. With three reception rooms, this home can flex around your needs or that of your family. At the current time lounge to the front is a formal lounge for cost nights with friends and family. The rear offers a formal dining room and a conservatory. I could see these being used as they are now or for family buyers either of these rooms would make a great second lounge. snug or playroom depending on the ages of your children.

The conservatory is a great space to watch the children or grandchildren playing in the garden or relaxing with a good book and your morning coffee.

Off to the left of the hall, we find the kitchen diner. There is more than enough room here for a dining table as well as an abundance of storage solutions and space for all your appliances.

The four-piece modern bathroom is fitted with a contemporary suite and whether you enjoy a quick shower after a walk or a good soak after a long day at work this bathroom has you covered.

To the right of the hallway, we have the three bedrooms. The bedroom to the front right is the main bedroom and offers more than enough space for all the essentials. Bedroom two is much the same and bedroom three would make a wonderful nursery or home office if required.

On the first floor, we find a really useful loft room. This would lend itself to being a craft room if that's your thing, a study or if you just want easily acceptable storage it ticks that box. Additional storage is also on offer in the eaves space.

The rear garden would be the place for many a summer party I'm sure. It's primarily made up of a lawn area and a range of mature shrubs / trees which give character and offer privacy.

Driveway parking leads you down to the double garage which is built to the standard of a house, and has electric, water and drainage as well as a loft space above.

    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on June 5, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
