And as everyone knows, we only do the nice properties and offer the best quality studios/bedsits in the Blackburn & Darwen area - by far!
What we have is a lovely Studio Bedsit in a recently converted house, done to a High Standard.
The bedsit is currently unfurnished.
The standard of accommodation we are offering here is far better than other similar properties you will find.
The floor benefits from carpet flooring and the decor is warm - neutral.

A you have your own bathroom in your studio, the only area you will share with other tenants is the Kitchen. It's a large property with ample parking outside.
There is a nice modern bathroom with shower-over bath, sink and WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except food) to move straight in. There's an oven, gas hob, extractor, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pans, and waste bin etc...
There's also a Vacuum, and an Ironing Board and Iron in the property for all to share.

What is Not Included:
Electric Use in your room. Each room has it's own electric meter and you are responsible for your own electric.
A cleaner will attend the property on a regular basis to monitor and maintain standards in the communal areas such as kitchen, and hallways.
Our cleaner will not enter or clean your room, and is not there to wash up your dirty plates. She will monitor food left in the fridge/freezer and dispose of out of date items.
We have a 24/7 Tenant Support Line for Maintenance Issues so you know things that require attention will be dealt with promptly and efficiently in priority order.
Please NOTE: You MUST be a working person (or a mature student) to rent this property.
Also... We DO NOT ALLOW pets of any kind.
No Smoking within the property.
