It has five double bedrooms and comes FULLY FURNISHED with beds, wardrobes (when no built-in storage is in place), desks, and sofas etc. so the sharers can move straight in with ease when term starts. Hollingdean is a friendly residential area with plenty of local amenities, and the city centre is not far for entertainment.
Inside, the kitchen has been fitted with modern units and has a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. The decor is smart and neutral throughout with white walls and fawn carpet, and all the windows are double glazed for warmth and quiet. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room but there is a main bathroom for the other four sharers and the living room is spacious and separate for socialising.
The garden is a fine size for respectful summer gatherings, and you are on the edge of the countryside should you need a walk and a breath of fresh air.
